Hola, compre un terreno, junte todo los papeles, y cuando voy a iniciar el tramite me dicen que no estan mas los prestamos para construir. Estoy desesperado, no se quien es el responsable, pero necesito una respuesta concreta de cuando se reiniciaran para tomar una decesion, tengo todo frenado, no entiendo porque habilitan los prestamos para casa nueva y no para construccion.
