One of the most important wine productions in San Juan is the Valle de Tulum. Table wines and fine wines are elaborated in this zone. This regions is ideal for the wines growing thanks to its dry and warm weather and a altitude of 600 meters. 

Since the technologies advances introduced by some wineries and the restructurating of the vineyards, fine wines of an excellent quality are being produced. The Fine winestock who is best adapted to these regions is the Syrah.
